The Season couldn't start soon enough. We brewed this saison with Palisade & Citra hops. Let the Magic begin! 5.2%abv
Charm City Cherry
A tart, brown ale lightly flavored with Montmorency Cherries. Only available in early Spring, get it while you can! 4.5%abv
Catherine's Crush
A Baltic Porterwe brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pulaski True American. So delicious, you’ll forget that it has a high abv!7.5%abv
La Pétroleuse
It has a deep golden color and a full, malty body with an earthy hop character and a slight yeast spiciness 7%abv
Wuyi Ale
Pronounced "Woo Yee" An autumanl pale ale with a distinctive smokiness from the addition of Lapsang Souchong Tea 5.2%abv
Sublimation
This blonde abbey-style ale is named for the physical process of turning solids into spirits. A semi-sweet nectar with just a hint of herbal bitterness 6% abv
Inoculum #4
The fourth in our Inoculum series. Brewed with Crystal, Amarillo and Galaxy hops. Our take on a hoppy amber session ale, perfect for Spring! 4.6% abv
Odalisque
Brewed with Barley, Rye, and Spelt Malts, lightly hopped and flavored with Honeysuckle, Hyssop, and Heather. 4.5%abv
Bière de Mars
An offering for the ever changing spring season. Our Bière de Mars is a malty red ale with a distinctive tartness 5.5%abv
Tartuffe-Sublimé
A blend of our Danaus kettle sour, and Sublimation 4.7%abv
Green Peppercorn Tripel
A belgian style tripel spiced with green peppercorns. A blonde ale with a hint of spice and smooth finish 9%abv
Red Cap
A malty red ale brewed with East Kent Golding and WIllamette hops with a long rich finish that is complex and warming. Ain't nothing else like this around these days.5%abv
Inoculum #3
An easy drinking blonde ale, brewed with a classic Belgian yeast strain and new world hops. A good bit hoppier than the #1, but just as refreshing! 5%abv
Zeke's Coffee Porter
Rich, Chocolate-y Belgian Porter brewed with Aromatic and Coffee Malts, steeped 24 hours with Mexican Chiapas in partnership with Thomas Rhodes of Zeke’s Coffee! 5.7%abv
Stalking Horse
Here's an idea: French and German malts, English oats, German hops, and Belgian yeast. Let's drink to European Unity! 5.6%abv
St. Festivus
This brown winter ale is brewed with 5 types of malt, noble hops, then subtly spiced with Curaçao orange peel and ginger. 8%abv
Proletary
After much demand for a seriously dark beer, we came up with this delicacy. Black, smooth, and easy to drink. 5%
Le Canard
A strong, copper-colored ale with a mild, sweet malt character. Brewed with lots of Belgian candi sugar and slowly fermented for a month. Sublime. 8.5%abv
Saison Pécore
A deep golden ale, hopped with East Kent Goldings and Willamette hops, spiced with Kaffir Lime Leaves and Paradise Seed. 4.9%abv
7 Beauties
This country rye ale is brewed with 7 types of malt, Brewer’s Gold, Northern Brewer, and Sterling Hops. 5.8%abv
Nervous Breakdown
To commemorate our 19th anniversary we brewed this ale with spelt, elderflowers, and dry hopped it with nelson sauvin hops. 4.7% abv
Stripping Run
Collaboration Saison with New Columbia Distillers. Brewed with botanicals used in their Green Hat Gin 3.8%abv
Danaus
Named for the genus of Monarch butterfies, this kettle sour is light and crisp with a subtly tart finish 4.7% abv
Tiny Tim
Brewed with Buckwheat Honey, Hibisicus flowers, and Rosemary. An herbal, slightly floral refresher for Spring 5.0%abv
Wit Trash
That’s right...when you see the bowling trophy you know it’s time for our summer seasonal wheat beer. 4.2%abv
Saison des Mystères
A lovely farmhouse ale, lightly flavored with heather and lemon balm. 4.4%abv
Coup de Boule
The infamous headbutt! This golden Grand Cru is spiced with cardamom, cinnamon, and saffron. 6.5%abv
Nein!
Our “neinth” anniversary beer, this was brewer Rob Perry’s first formulation for the Brewer’s Art. A lovely Kölsch style ale, assertive yet smooth. 4.5% abv
Saison L’Ombre
A dark saison, brewed with a blend of edible flowers and herbs. Cool and refreshing, like shade from the summer sun. 6.3%abv
Twelve Labors
A wheated, herculean «Chesapeake mild,» brewed to celebrate the twelfth anniversary of our opening. Pauly’s first formulation! 4.5%abv
Clamper's Ale
A non-traditional miner’s ale. Light and refreshing, brewed with Sorachi Ace hops and Lemon Peel.“Imbibo quoniam esculentus” 3.8%abv
Sun Roi
To celebrate our 14th anniversary, our brewers created a Chesapeake Tripel Imperial Mild made with three grains barley, wheat, rye) and saaz hops. 8.5%abv
Aspergil Grand Cru
A deep golden spiced ale, brewed with Willamette hops, calendula flowers, and hyssop. Give thanks. 4.9%abv
Dorothea
A light Spring ale brewed with wildflower honey, proceeds benefit our friend's at Trout Unlimited 5.3%abv
Bag Man Porter
Rich, Chocolate-y Belgian Porter brewed with aromatic and coffee malts. Our 15th anniversary beer! 5.7%abv
Haymarket
Pale ale made with some spelt, hopped with Strisselspalt and Sorachi Ace and flavored with Hawthorn Berries. Remember the Haymarket 4.4%abv
Hampden on Rye
A collaboration ale with Union Craft and Pub Dog. A rye pale ale brewed with Resurrection yeast and dry hopped with Centennials. Crisp and Delish. 6%abv
Stoop aka Porch
Summertime ale brewed for our friends in Philly. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops. Philly it's porch drinking, Bawlmer it's stoop drinkin'! 4.4%abv
Sangreale
"The Holy Grail" Our new Red Saison is part of the remix series. Our riff on Resurrection with a new yeast strain and slightly altered grail bill 6%abv
Saison Secale
A crisp and spicy saison, brewed with pale and crystal rye malts, with a touch of wheat. Finished with Sterling and Tettnang Hops. 4.8%abv
Choptanked
Crisp Summer Saison brewed for our friends in Cambridge on the Choptank. Rye, honeysuckle, lemond, and grapefruit peel. 3.8%abv
Gruit
Our 1st "hopless" beer. An ancient style brewed with Mugwort, Yarrow, and Sweet Gale. Rich malt flavor backs a unique bitterness in this old school ale 5.4%abv
Bread & Cheese
Celebration of the bicentennial of the Battle of North Point. An anti-English mild ale, something the troops might have enjoyed alongside Bread and Cheese Creek in Dundalk,1814. 4.4%a
Sligo Creek
New entry for the MD waterways series. A bright summer ale brewed for our friends in Montgomery County. Brewed with Bravo and Amarillo hops. 4.2% abv
Eighteen
Our 18th Anniversary beer is a Bière de Garde, hopped with Santiam & Tettnang Hops, Hoshi Gaki Persimmon and spiced with a number of culinary sages 5.8%abv
Esprit Noir
A blend of two wheat beers, collectively brewed with four types of wheat, one roasted the color of midnight. Traditionally spiced with citrus peel and coriander, with just enough hops to stand up to the deep chocolate roast flavors. Smooth and subtle. 5.1%abv
Albireo
Named for the double star in the late Summer sky, this beer is brewed with five kinds of wheat, american hops, and pink grapefruit 4% abv
